Participant Waiver

Thank you for participating! We can’t wait to see you at the showcase!

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this waiver in consideration for my participation in the Tennis on Campus Collegiate Showcase (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”).

  1. Assumption of Risk:
    I am fully aware that tennis is a physical sport that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Event, understanding and assuming all associated risks.
  2. Medical Condition:
    I confirm that I am physically fit and able to participate in the Event. I am not aware of any medical condition or impairment that may prevent me from safely participating in the activities involved.
  3. Release of Liability:
    I hereby release, waive, and discharge the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated parties involved in the event from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise as a result of my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
  4. Photography and Media Release:
    I grant permission for the use of my name, likeness, and any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event, to be used for marketing, or educational purposes without any compensation.
  5. Rules and Regulations:
    I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the organizers of the event. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Event.
  6. Emergency Medical Treatment:
    In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizers of the Event to secure medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
  7. Acknowledgment of Understanding:
    I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. I acknowledge that by submitting this document, I am voluntarily surrendering certain legal rights.
