FAQ’s

Are there Sponsorship Opportunities?
Yes! Here is information on sponsorship levels!

When is check-in and when does the tournament start?
Check-in times to be announced shortly. They will likely be at 11:30 or at 12pm.

What is the draw format?
Teams will be placed in round-robins. First-place trophies will be awarded to each flight!

How are teams grouped?
Groupings will be at the discretion of the tournament committee using all factors, including WTN and NTRP. Special group requests may be made to the Tournament Committee no later than April 6th.

What are the rules, format and regulations for Triples?
Please see a full description here. Click the video below for an overview of the basics.

What is the Theme?
Country/Country Club- Dress to impress in your finest preppy attire or relaxed country chic — think polos vs plaid, pleats vs denim! Feel free to let your team’s creativity run wild!

Will there be a silent auction?
Yes, please check back and help us reach our fundraiser goal and get some great things in the process!

What if it rains?
This is a “rain or shine” event. We hope rain does not prevent play on the outer courts. We have two indoor courts as well as the indoor lounge facilities at The Courtyard. If needed, Fun (and loud!) programming on the indoor courts and other areas will commence and still enable the event to be held, and for our mission of raising funds for Youth Scholarships to be fulfilled.

Will we get a warm-up?
The first 5 minutes of your first match will be the warm-up. If you’re there early, and checked in, you can hop on a court for a few minutes but please be back to the main area by 4pm for the official start.

What are the chips for?
Each team will start with 1 “point” chip. A chip can be used to “take away” a point from your opponent, but can not be used once a team has won a “game”. The order of service will revert back to the prior score once a point is taken away. Chips may be purchased for $50 each at the desk or on court. All chip proceeds will benefit the scholarship fund, and are encouraged. There are no limits to chip play in a match.

Will there be drink tickets?
Oh yeah. Adults will all receive 3 drink tickets.
