Tournament play is intended for Saturday and will only start on Friday IF the number of entrants dictate.
Tournament seeding was established first by USTA Texas Challenger standings list and second by CATA Gran Prix Junior Tour standings list.
Please do NOT register if your player is a CHAMP OR SUPERCHAMP! They will not be allowed to play. The CATA Gran Prix Junior Tour is for Beginners and Intermediate players only.

FORMAT: 12-18’s – 8 game pro-set, no ad scoring. 7 pt tiebreaker at 7-7. Players are guaranteed two matches.
10 & under GREEN – full court (78′), green dot ball, any length racquet. Each match is two short sets of first to 4 games, no-ad scoring, sudden death game at 3-3. A 7-point tie break is played if each player wins a set.
10 & under ORANGE – 60 ft court, orange low compression ball, 25″ maximum racquet length. Each match is two short sets of first to 4 games, no-ad scoring, sudden death game at 3-3. A 7-point tie break is played if each player wins a set.

TEXAS JUNIOR POINTS: Challenger 1-Day 10s Progression Tournament

ELIGIBILITY: This tournament is for all junior players who have not progressed through the 10s system. 10s players can only compete in 1 Challenger per month.

REGISTRATION: Players must register at first match playing site 30 minutes prior to start of match.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY:
 As early as 8:00 am Saturday. Players will be expected to play up to three singles matches per day.

All matches will be best of 3 sets with no-ad scoring. If players split sets, they will play a 10 point match tie break in lieu of a 3rd set.

TEXAS JUNIOR POINTS: Challenger 2-Day Qualifying points

ELIGIBILITY: This tournament is for all non-qualified Texas resident junior players and Championship level junior players who are re-qualifying in their LAST TWO MONTHS of age eligibility. 12s-18s players may compete in as many Challengers per month as they choose.

REGISTRATION: Players must register at first match playing site 30 minutes prior to start of match.
