IMPORTANT NOTES:

Make-up matches should be scheduled within 72 hours of the original match date/time and played within 3 weeks of the originally scheduled match date/time (or end of season, whichever comes first).
Second rainouts require a new form submission within 72 hours of the rained-out match, and players have 3 weeks or until the end of season to play the match. (Contact your Flight Coordinator if you have questions about end-of-season date.)
Captains have 72 hours to notify CATA by submitting their Make-Up Match Notification Form. CATA will forward this form to the Flight Coordinator once received. This will help prevent a double default from automatically being assigned by TennisLink.
Once scheduled, the make-up match date/time is frozen and cannot be altered for any reason other than weather-forced delays.
If no point has been played for the match, subs may be used for make-up matches. If the match started and even one point was played, the originally-scheduled players must play the make-up match.
Any team that does not provide a player for the make-up match forfeits that line.

Scores cannot be entered in TennisLink until ALL lines are completed.
