2009 Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet - December 8th

Location: Courtyard Tennis and Swim Club

Tuesday, Dec 8th, 5:30pm
Begins at 5:30pm; a fajita dinner will be served compliments of CATA followed by a brief annual meeting with a fun tennis mixer to follow at 8:00 p.m. Come prepared to eat, meet, award, and play!

The Annual Meeting is when we recognize the best in our tennis community, update everyone on the latest CATA business, and have members vote for open Board Member positions.  This is a free event for all CATA members - the tennis, the drinks, the food, and the fun!  See you there!

Award Nominations
Do you know someone who deserves an award for sportsmanship, excellence, contributions to tennis, etc?  Submit a nomination before November 18th!

Open Board Positions
We elect open Board Positions at the Annual Meeting.  Board Members do a tremendous service to the tennis community and have a lot of fun doing it.  The Board meets every other month and Board Members head up committees such as Leagues, Tournaments, and Juniors.

Proxy Vote
If you are a CATA member and cannot attend the Annual Meeting, you can cast a proxy vote for the Board recommended slate of Board Nominees below.  You have until December 4 to cast your proxy vote.
